As a Certified Doula, I feel honored to be able to share my expertise with women and families throughout Massachusetts. As well as physical support during labor, my role is also to act as an advocate for the birthing person and their family through evidenced-based care. Whether this is your first baby or your third, I am here to help you achieve the birth you deserve.

Birthing Guidance
As a Birth doula, I am here to support you. You are the expert on your own body and baby, I am here to help you feel empowered, make informed decisions on your care, and to create the beautiful birthing experience you deserve.
As a Postpartum doula, my role is to help ease the transition to life at home. Your body needs time to rest and heal, this is where I step in. I offer emotional and physical support while you recover. Whether it be comforting baby so that you may rest at night, dishes, or feeding support - I am here.
Prenatal Visits
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Lactation Support
Whether you are having issues with milk supply, latching difficulties or just want support while navigating baby's feeding, I will work with you providing guidance and assurance. We will go over methods so that you and baby are successfully breastfeeding or bottle feeding.
